Lingerie and swimwear brand Elomi treated Manchester to a glimpse of its AW15 collection after partnering with specialist retailer Mish for a catwalk show at the Curve Fashion Festival.
Guests at the event, which was held at the Manchester Central Convention centre, were treated to two catwalk shows, with Elomi showcasing a number of its AW15 collections, including Louisa, Cate, Juliet, Thandie, Nina and swimwear collection Rhapsody.
More than 1,000 fashion-followers attended the festival, which also incorporated a number of seminars from celebrities such as Hayley Hasselhoff and Tess Holliday.
All guests that visited Elomi and Mish at the festival were offered professional bra fittings as well as advice on how a correctly fitting bra can improve breast health and body confidence.
Elomi’s Holly Henstock-Cooke said: “It was fantastic to take part in the Curve Fashion Festival with Mish and great to see so many women attend. Elomi’s collections were a huge hit on the catwalk, with the gorgeous Raquel collection catching everyone’s eye. The professional bra fittings Mish offered for guests were also hugely popular.”
Michelle Poynter, owner of Mish, which was created to provide lingerie to ladies with larger busts, was happy with how the event turned out. “I’m delighted that we were able to fit so many ladies who had never had a professional bra fitting before. Many ladies were amazed by what a difference a correctly fitting bra made to their silhouette and comfort,” she said.
