Dutch supermodel Doutzen Kroes is the new face of European lingerie giant Hunkemöller.

The former Victoria’s Secret Angel and current brand ambassador for L’Oreal Paris has collaborated with design director Zoë Price-Smith to create Doutzen’s Stories, a series of fashionable and functional lingerie, swimwear and sportswear collections.

The announcement was made at an international press event at the Hotel de Rome in Berlin last night.

Hunkemöller CEO Philip Mountford said: ‘I am delighted that we have secured Doutzen Kroes as our new Brand Ambassador. Doutzen truly represents our brand values and as one of the top models in the world she will help endorse our brand awareness on an international scale. Over the next two years we will work with Doutzen to design outstanding brand collaborations.”

Kroes’ debut lingerie collection includes underwired plunge and balcony bras, a bralette, body, highwaist slip, jumpsuit, slipdress and kimono.

Hunkemöller global marketing and communication director Alexandra Legro said: “We are really proud to have Doutzen joining us as our new Brand Ambassador. Her personality and her passions are going to inspire a whole new direction for our products, our marketing and create some truly unique campaigns.”
