Burlesque star turned lingerie designer Dita Von Teese will open a pop-up shop in Selfridges next week.
Following the successful launch into Harrods in May, Von Teese will present her Femme Fatale collection in Selfridges’ Oxford Street flagship on September 2.
The range includes vintage-style corsets, exquisite bustiers, balconette bras, fitted chemises, high waisted briefs, sophisticated knicker options and matching suspenders.
Distinct touches of strappy detailing, velvet ribbons, delicate eyelash lace and sheer superfine mesh are designed to evoke the essence of the sultry 1950’s glamour girl with a modern touch.
Open for six weeks, the pop-up shop also carry collections exclusive to Selfridges, including the Savoir Fair sequin range and the Coquette collection in black and peach.
The collection will also be available online to customers worldwide.
"I believe in creating moments of glamour in everyday life, and my lingerie collection reflects this by providing function, fit and beauty without compromise," said Von Teese.
