Deborah Marquit lingerie stolen from Madonna shoot

Over £2000 worth of Italian lingerie by Deborah Marquit was stolen from a photoshoot featuring Madonna last month.

Twelve lace bras valued at $2,545, five thongs worth $345 and four briefs worth $515 have gone missing from New York’s Highline Stages, reports DNAinfo.

According to a report, filed by the NYPD, an assistant placed a bag containing the garments beneath a chair at around 4pm on March 21.

When the shoot wrapped up shortly after midnight, it was discovered that the bag was no longer there.

"It was a Madonna shoot for L’uomo Mag and it would be ideal is if [sic] someone found the bag of lingerie," a spokesperson for Deborah Marquit confirmed over email. "Deborah would love to get her collection pieces returned."

"I am at a loss and wish the pieces would be found," Maquit wrote in a separate email.

"I am sure there is no one from the shoot that was involved, since nothing like this has ever happened before. There are a lot of people on shoots and maybe whoever found them will return them."
