The winner of the Customer Service Provider of the Year award is Figleaves.
In a bid to keep on top of customer service, Figleaves came up with its ‘customer love’ philosophy in May 2015.
This involved putting the customer at the heart of everything it does by increasing its trust pilot score by two points to 9.0, responding to all customers on email within four hours and social media within one hour (relative to working hours).
It invested in updating the team’s knowledge of customer expectations in 2016, through expert training from international brands and specialist maternity and mastectomy providers.
Figleaves aims to a offer first class, personalised advice on all of its products. It has also recently implemented a new contact centre solution.
