Fuller-bust lingerie specialist Curvy Kate has appointed Lynne Daykin of Lynne Daykin Brands amidst the reorganisation and development of its UK sales team.
Daykin will work alongside Clare Tennant in managing independent trade across the whole of the UK.
The duo will handle sales, in-store support and customer service, with a view to build, maintain and strengthen relationships with all accounts.
Daykin has more than 20 years’ experience in the lingerie industry, having previously worked for Playtex, Shock Absorber and Anita before setting up Lynne Daykin Brands in 2011.
Lynne Daykin Brands also represents Felina-Conturelle, Sapph, Desigual and Elle Sport.
Curvy Kate said its continued growth has put additional demands on the sales and customer service team, but with the new appointment, the brand is looking to give retailers renewed confidence in the business.
Head of sales Rachel Jenkins said: “We are looking to focus our attention on improving customer relations and service nationwide. The response to Curvy Kate continues to be remarkable and we want to build on that across our entire customer base. It’s important we look after the local market and maintain our strengthening position in the UK and Lynne is the right person to do exactly this.”
