CURVE will mark its 10th anniversary when it opens its doors in New York next month in collaboration with Eurovet Americas. For those of you who plan to attend, here’s a round-up of what this season’s exhibition has to offer.
Where: Javits Center, New York. When: August 6-8
New Location, Same Feel
CURVE New York is moving to a new location at the Javits Centre. It will be situated in Hall 1B, close to the ready-to-wear brands. Organisers said this will allow visitors to move easily between exhibitions.
New and returning brands
CURVE will welcome a wave of new brands, including Beija London, Ellipse, Noble Mount, The Cat’s Pajamas, Tramonte, Velvette, and Wings Intimates, who will be exhibiting alongside returning brands such as Adina Reay, Bluebella, Calvin Klein, Cosabella, Eberjey, Else, Fleur of England, Gossard, Lonely, Marlies Dekkers, UGG, Underprotection, and many more.
Connecting buyers and brands
CURVE aims to create new channels to bring buyers and brands together. Therefore, this season will see the launch of a new website platform to provide a more aesthetic, content-rich site for visitors to discover brands, trends, company and industry news.
The new website is designed to be more interactive and easier to use, and connects all the global Eurovet shows under one roof.
Included in the new site is an advanced brand search, allowing buyers to better target exhibitors according to gender, budget, product categories and country, as well as search for new brands.
The Lead Retrieval Program on the CURVE New York Mobile App is returning this season, allowing all exhibitors to scan the badges of attendees who enter their booth directly on their smartphone or tablet, where their digital profile will be instantaneously uploaded.
This eases the follow-up process for exhibitors and increases the platforms in which buyers and brands can create dialogue.
