Boudoir boutique Raine & Bea has launched a dazzling new collection of lingerie designed by West End costume maker, Jenna Barnes.
Barnes created 40 made-to-measure costumes for the musical ‘Cabaret’, including a corset worn by Will Young, which is what inspired her to design a lingerie label.
Young recently appeared on This Morning to talk about Cabaret, which tours the UK at the end of this month.
The programme showed a clip of the musical in which 75% of the costumes worn were created by Barnes.
The new ‘Master George’ collection was designed and manufactured in the UK and combines seductive shapes of the 30s, 40s and 50s with Raine & Bea’s signature twist.
The line includes bras, waist cinchers, suspender belts, lace teddies and negligees, alongside a micro-mini, bralette and corset dress in boudoir shades of soft cream, jet black, blush pink and eau de nil.
Materials such as silk satin, polka-dot netting, steel boning, feathers and Swarovski crystals were used to give the collection a vintage look.
