A lingerie boutique based in Cornwall has been shortlisted for two Drapers Digital Awards.
Mish, which launched its multichannel business in 2008, is up for Best Customer Experience and Best Multichannel Retailer (Under £25m).
“It’s fantastic to be recognised by such a high regarded industry award,” said owner Michèle Poynter.
“It’s really a credit to everyone of our customers. Our focus is to always go that extra mile to help our customers and to ensure they are receiving the best service possible. If it wasn’t for them motivating us everyday all of this wouldn’t even be possible.”
Alongside its independent boutique in Wadebridge, Mish offers a wide range of fuller-bust brands, from Freya to Tutti Rouge, on its mobile-friendly website.
The ecommerce site features a fitting guide, a direct message service and a blog, which includes regular tips for consumers on how they can find their perfect style for every occasion.
The winners of the Digital Drapers Awards will be announced at a ceremony at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel, on April 28th.
