Charnos has announced that it will be expanding its range of continuity products for SS13.
The new Comfort line will see the addition of a brief and body, while a non-wired body will be added to the Rosalind group. In total, each collection will include four pieces: two bras, a brief and a body.
LF Intimates managing director Peter Preston said: “Although you have fashion products, you need continuity ranges. Fashion is a highlight, but not necessarily what makes retailers the highest profit margins.
“I think the balance between continuity and fashion in sales is shifting towards continuity. The consumers want better quality and the retailers want a less risky product.”
Charnos is also working on increasing its range of bra sizes in the coming year. The brand currently offers balconettes and plunges up to an F cup, and a G in a selection of full cups.
The larger cups will be available on several key products throughout the range, from AW13.
