French lingerie designer Chantal Thomass has been unveiled as the new artistic director of Parisian cabaret Crazy Horse.

Following in the footsteps of Christian Louboutin and choreographer Philippe Decouflé, Thomass has created the costumes and sets for a new show called ‘Dessous Dessus’ (French for upside down).

Crazy Horse, which is celebrating its 65th anniversary this year, teamed up with burlesque dancer and lingerie designer Dita Von Teese for Dita’s Crazy Show in March.

Commenting on the latest collaboration, Crazy Horse said in a statement: “Inviting Chantal Thomass, the Parisian designer who has inspired women to reclaim the art of seduction, to play with Crazy Horse Paris codes was an obvious choice. This fits with our tradition of being a House of Design, which we’ve been pursuing for 10 years now.”

The Dessous Dessous show is slated to run from October 5 to December 31, 2016.
