Caprice Lingerie sees 48% growth

Caprice Lingerie saw 48 percent growth in turnover to £3million for the year ending in June, 2011.

The company, which is currently pursuing an aggressive plan, signed deals with Next and 15 independent stockists last month.

With business picking up, Caprice will also be looking to break into new markets in 2011. Her primary objective is to return to Germany and look into Holland, where she had successful accounts before the recession took hold.

As a long term project, the businesswoman hopes to enter the US, a market that she considers is particularly tough but with huge potential for future growth.

“I want to grow by three times what I’m doing now, this year,” Caprice told Lingerie Insight in May, 2011.

Debenhams, Littlewoods and all stock the By Caprice label, which starts at £35 for a matching bra and pants set.
