Lingerie PR firm Calico Ventures have created a shoot using a selection of ethical and sustainable brands to mark Fashion Revolution Day.
In the shoot, models pose in made-in-Britain clothing and lingerie from Grace, Bibico and Augustine with the words ‘WHO MADE YOUR CLOTHES?’.
Fashion Revolution Day marks the first anniversary of the Rana Plaza disaster in Dhaka, Bangladesh, which killed 1,133 people.
As part of the campaign, the UK fashion industry is being encouraged to showcase locally produced, British-made fashion as one of the best ways to know who made your clothes.
Mary Portas and her fellow campaigners are also calling on fashion producers to turn an item of clothing inside out to reveal the labels which show where their clothes were made.
