Bravissimo was founded by Sarah Tremellen in 1995 after she experienced first-hand the difficulties of seeking attractive bras in cup sizes D or above, and since then has been dedicated to turning the experience of buying lingerie for women who are D cup and above into a fun and positive one.

Now, the company, which is headquartered in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, has 26 stores, a workforce of 720 and sells lingerie, swimwear, nightwear and a clothing line via mail order and online.

Sarah Tremellen, founder and chief executive of Bravissimo, said: “We are thrilled to be named one of the top 100 companies to work for in the UK, and that over the past decade we have consistently been awarded this accreditation. Everyone at Bravissimo works hard and makes it a great place to work so this is truly a team effort. The results of the engagement survey also allow us to benchmark how everyone feels about working here and make improvements where we can.”
