BrandAlley launches BrandAlley.TV

Designer discount etailer BrandAlley has launched BrandAlley.TV, a new channel designed to showcase the brand’s mix of fashion and beauty bargain hunting for the ‘stylish, savvy shopper’.

Visitors to BrandAlley.TV will find a collection of videos featuring fashion and beauty tips from industry experts, plus exclusive, behind-the-scenes footage of BrandAlley campaigns and special events.

Brand Alley stocks a wide range of lingerie, swimwear, fashion and homeware brands, which it discounts by up to 70 percent.

Lingerie and swimwear labels stocked by the online retailer include Freya, Spanx, Elle Macpherson Intimates, Lytess, Charnos, DKNY, Maidenform, Kenzo, Saha, EcoTan

The new channel is part of BrandAlley’s continued marketing strategy, following the launch of its big budget YouTube film, Fashion iWall, which was created to promote BrandAlley’s first iPhone app in March. The highly successful video received over 163,900 views in a matter of weeks and helped drive the iPhone app to reach a download rate of over 40,000.

BrandAlley’s first big budget video Flashwalk had over 175,780 hits on YouTube and increased sales by 15 percent.

BrandAlley aarketing director Melissa Littler said: “We’ve been very conscious of the growing appeal for video content amongst our members, and creating videos in an exciting and aspirational, yet authentic style is key for us. Our fashion and beauty experts are trusted leaders in the industry, so our members can be sure they are getting excellent content.

“BrandAlley.TV is designed to give our members a true insight into the world of BrandAlley, as well as offering great tips and expert style guidance and of course highlighting our fabulous bargains.”

She added: “Our aim is to ensure that content is varied and appeals to all of our members. For example this summer we’ll be offering beauty tips and fashion picks for various occasions, from festivals; city breaks to what to wear to the beach. This will enable us to reach out to our members through all mediums of social media giving them the choice of their preferred way of interacting with us as a brand.”

The new video channel is part of BrandAlley’s strategy to continue engaging with all social media channels. BrandAlley.TV launched to its members on www.BrandAlley.TV and via YouTube at
