Lingerie boutique owner Kirsty McAspurn has completed her charity climb up mount Snowdon, smashing her target to raise £1000 for Against Breast Cancer in the process.
McAspurn, founder of Curvature Boutique of Leigh, scaled the 1,085metre-high mountain wearing just a corset, suspenders and tights.
Sharing her success on Facebook on Sunday afternoon, she posted a picture of herself at the top of the mountain with the caption: “Forgot about my dislike for heights, but completed my quest. Made it to the top of Snowdon, in my corset. Still time to donate.”
The retailer has raised £1,175 for charity so far.
McAspurn is a keen hiker, having previously completed the Bronze, Silver and Gold Duke of Edinburgh Awards and the Queen Scouts Award, but this is the first time she has completed an expedition wearing just her underwear.
