Bluebella’s AW18 lingerie offers provocative escapism with a ‘devil may care attitude’

The Layla range will be showcased at Salon International de la Lingerie next weekend.

Bluebella has unveiled new lingerie shapes and styles for AW18, creating a feeling of escapism with a ‘devil may care attitude.’

The collection, which was presented to UK buyers at Dessous London last week and will be showcased at INDX Intimate Apparel next month, blends together timeless and modern fabrics with contrasting textures around a colour palette infused with a crushed berry hue.

New for AW18 is Nikita, inspired by the seductive entwining of vines. This provocative collection of bra, brief and body features delicate strapping which connects with leaf embellishment placements to both conceal and reveal.

Another new style is Orion – interlinking rose gold rings bring a luxurious touch to this day to night lingerie set. The erotic suspender harness can be worn layered over the bra and brief or worn as a decadent standalone piece.

Mercury features a semi sheer mesh with velvet detail. Creating a bold and fiercely feminine statement, it projects a sense of strength and attitude.

Cerium has shades of insignia blue and rose dust blended together in an exclusive floral applique overlaid onto sheer black mesh. It creates an effortless silhouette, styled with a gossamer light kimono.

Bluebella will also be presenting the AW18 range at the Salon International De La Lingerie show in Paris next weekend.

Bluebella CEO and founder Emily Bendell said: “Influenced by the exhilarating landscape of a coastal cliff path, the collection creates a feeling of drama and escapism with a ‘devil may care attitude.’

“This is a heady and intoxicating collection of modern sensual expression, inspired by a strong unwavering sense of self.”

Bluebella was named Lingerie Brand of the Year at the Drapers Awards at the end of last year.

The label beat a string of big names to the award including Figleaves, Freya, Hanro and Wacoal.
