Online retailer Belle Lingerie has been named a finalist in the Drapers Digital Awards.
The company is in the running for the Best Website Design category alongside Monreal London, Skinnydip London, Moda in Pelle, Vollebak and Oasis.
The Drapers Digital Awards, which recognise and celebrate the best in fashion ecommerce, will take place on April 26 at The Brewery, London and will form part of the wider Drapers Digital Festival.
After a successful year, winning a number of awards including Entrepreneur of the Year and Business Woman of the Year and being shortlisted in the 1st English Women’s Award, business founder Janine Dutton is on a roll.
Her company is also in the running for two categories in the 2018 Federation of Small Business Awards and has been shortlist for Online Retailer of the Year in the 2018 UK Lingerie Awards, which take place on Monday
Launched in 2005 Belle Lingerie has become one of the largest independent lingerie and swimwear e-tailers in the UK, trading from their website as well as online marketplaces eBay and Amazon.
After posting a record £4 million turnover in 2017, Dutton has her sights set on refining the business, which includes investing in a new warehouse management system, stocking more premium lines and hiring new staff.
On being shortlisted in the Drapers Digital Awards she said: “I never set out to build a business it was simply a way to make a bit of extra money the time however it has been humbling and amazing to see how far we’ve come and for my website to be shortlisted at the Drapers Digital Awards is truly an honour.”
