Bafta Winner in talks to work with Vanilla Blush

Bafta Award Winner Jake Martin is in talks to work with post-surgery lingerie and swimwear retailer Vanilla Blush on a new promotional film.

Martin, who won the Editing award for Best Factual television programme at the 2015 Bafta Awards, is set to edit an advert for the brand next year, Lingerie Insight has learned.

"I’m delighted to reveal there are talks in the pipeline on us working together at some point in the near future, and so now it’s a case of pinning down a time, date and place,” he said.

"I am a big fan of the work done by Vanilla Blush, everything they do, which of course includes their cutting-edge media work.”

Vanilla Blush CEO Nicola Dames commented: "I can’t exaggerate how excited I am about the possibility of working with the BAFTA Award Winner, Jake Martin.

The news comes as Vanilla Blush prepares for the Glasgow City Chambers Awards, for which it is shortlisted in two categories.

The Scottish retail brand is hoping to pick up the Best Performing Business and Excellence in Communications awards at the event, which takes place on October 1.

Vanilla Blush specialises producing lingerie and swimwear for people who have had a colostomy or ileostomy.
