Baci Lingerie has announced the grand opening of its latest mono brand store.
The launch in Budapest, Hungary, is the latest in a series of new openings around the world and reportedly attracted large crowds of shoppers within the capital.
Baci Lingerie is currently preparing to launch 3,000 stores worldwide in the next six years.
It already has stores planned to open in the next three months in countries such as Scandinavia, UAE, UK, Spain, Holland, Germany, Mexico and Lithuania.

“Baci Lingerie concept of affordable luxury is exactly what the consumer wants in Hungary”, says Tamás Takacs, Baci Lingerie exclusive distributor and brand owner for Hungary. “People have really been anxiously waiting for Baci Lingerie store and the people are really excited that we opened.”
Takacs will open three additional stores within the next three months and plans to open 60 stores in the next six years.
Sales have reportedly performed beyond expectations for the new lingerie brand, with 50 percent of store ‘customers’ buying products, a number that – according to Baci Lingerie – is typically around nine percent. Of these customers, 35 to 40 percent are men, compared to the typical three to four percent.
Baci Lingerie attributes this to the creation of a fantasy world around the brand, which has translated into men being more comfortable to enter a lingerie store and buy products.
