A new Australian swimwear brand whose designs attracted a waitlist of over 500 women is coming to the UK.
UNE PIECE was launched by the former senior marketing manager of UBER, Carly Brown, just three months ago.
Its designs attracted a waitlist of over 500 women ahead of the official online release, and sold out within their first week of going on sale.
The designer expects her brand to replicate its success when it lands in Europe in the coming weeks.
In fact, the idea of a ‘One Piece’ swimwear label came from her time living in the UK.
“I spent most of my twenties living and working in the UK,” Brown told The Huffington Post Australia.
“In Europe women don’t just exclusively wear bikinis – they have a ‘repertoire’ of swimwear they take on holidays – which almost always includes at least one staple one piece. It often takes them from day into night.”
The UNE PIECE range offers 28 styles made using Italian SPF 50+ fabric. The long-sleeve designs allow women to cover their back and shoulders, and choose the level of sun protection on their chest by adjusting the zip.
