Responding to the Tweet, the ASOS Here to Help Twitter account replied: “Here at ASOS HQ we take design infringements super seriously – we’ve passed this over to our legal team.”

And Hopeless fired back last night: “Oh really? @ASOS_HeretoHelp We’ve been through this before though and last time YOUR legal team decided it ‘wasn’t and infringement’.”
