Tickets have almost sold out for this month’s Contour Fashion Ball, to be hosted in the Lancaster Ballroom at the Savoy Hotel, London.
A waiting list has reportedly already formed for those hoping to join the celebrations and fundraising for the charities, which include the Retail Trust and the Fashion and Textile Children’s Trust.
For the first time, this year, the ball has secured the support of three headline sponsors in the shape of LYCRA® fibre brand owner INVISTA, bra accessories specialist Fashion Forms and lingerie and swimwear brand Panache.
Guests will be able to enjoy a champagne reception at the River Room on the banks of the Thames and experience a three course dinner, prepared by executive chef Bernhard Mayer and Budiono Bin Sukim, banqueting chef of The Savoy.
The evening’s proceedings will be hosted by TV fashion guru Mark Heyes and guests will be taking to the dance floor the sounds of ‘Ronnie Scott’s favourite,’ the Joie Stilgoe Quartet.
Prizes for this year’s Fragrance Frenzy Draw and automated auction, which will allow guests to bid for the first time via smart phones, will include a luxury five-night stay at the Four Seasons hotel in Mauritius, box seats for Aegon Masters Tennis at the Royal Albert Hall, VIP tickets for England vs. Belgium at Wembley and tickets to see Elton John in concert.
The Eveden-sponsored photo booth will be making a return, this year, and will be situated in the bar area of the ballroom.
Those who are unable to attend, but would still like to make a donation, can visit the event’s Just Giving page.
