Ann Summers has launched a free click and collect service as part of a strategic plan to extend its multi-channel offering.
The service will be available across the retailer’s 140 stores, and will enable customers to collect orders place online from their local store at their convenience.
The news follows Ann Summers’ announcement that it had installed tablets into its stores to enable customers to access to its online platform, and forms part of a continued focus on integrating the customer shopping experience across each of its channels.
Ann Summers multi channel director Andy McWilliams said: "We know that customers’ expectations are ever changing and the ways in which they make purchases is constantly evolving so want to ensure that we provide them with the services to fulfil their needs.”
The retailer has been working with The eNova Partnership to build and develop plans to extend its multi-channel offering.
