Ann Summers gets competitive with Valentine’s ads

Ann Summers made one last attempt to draw customers through its doors on the last shopping weekend before Valentine’s Day, by projecting campaign images on its competitor stores.

The lingerie retailer projected the ‘Happy Ann Summers Day’ message on London shop fronts, including Paperchase, Thorntons and Liberty.

Using the services from Street Clean Advertising, the Ann Summers messages were also blasted onto London pavements on Friday.

Ann Summers said in a statement that the aim of the campaign was to “take a stand against generic gifts of cards, flowers and chocolates” and remind customers that “Ann Summers has everything they need to turn up the heat this year”.
