Anita UK embarks on training day

Last month saw underwear specialists Anita UK visit customer service department at their Haverhill distribution centre, with the aim to train Figleaves staff on the features and benefits of its specialist maternity and mastectomy bras.

Jemma Barnes, from Anita UK, ran the one day course for the customer support staff to enhance their knowledge of the product which would in turn help benefit customers.

Attendees of the course found the training to be beneficial, and an exercise that was worth repeating.

Tracey Jacobs, Customer Service Learning Champion told Barnes: “Overall, you received fantastic feedback and the agents were extremely impressed with your technical knowledge as well as really enjoying the relaxed atmosphere in which the training was given. We really do feel that the sessions were incredibly beneficial and that the agents will be able to use the information from these when dealing with maternity, nursing, post-surgery and mastectomy queries from customers.”
