A team from Anita UK flew up to Glasgow, earlier this month, to meet the Scottish national netball team, The Scottish Thistles, and fit each member personally with an Anita Sports Bra.
The lingerie label, which is a sponsor of Netball Scotland, reported that the day was a resounding success, with over 60 girls attending the 45 minute presentation and fit event.
Around 70 percent of the team were wearing the wrong size bra, according to the Anita fitters.
To address this, during the presentation Jemma Barnes, Anita UK general manager, spent some time stressing the importance of a correctly fitted bra and teaching the girls techniques to aid and check fitting for themselves.
The event was filmed by Heirloom Media for a BBC documentary that is planned for release in 2014, following the Scottish netball team through their journey to the Common Wealth games, which will be hosted in Glasgow.
