61% of lingerie execs have seen their salary grow this year

Six in 10 employees working in the UK lingerie sector claim they have received a pay rise in the past 12 months. 

According to initial findings from the Lingerie Insight Job Satisfaction Survey, 61% of professionals in the industry have seen their salary increase over the past year, while a further 15% have experienced a rise within the past three years.

The majority of those that have taken the survey so far are in management, commercial and design roles.

Around 8% indicated that the last time they received a salary rise was more than three years ago. The remaining responses were from people in self-employed roles.

Further analysis reveals that 61% of those who have received a salary rise in the past 12 months saw their take-home pay increase by between 1% and 5%.

12% of respondents said their salary had risen between 6% and 10%, with the rest reporting an increase of more than 10%.
